Ingredients
- For the dough:
Flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 4 tsp
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Butter: 210 g (cold and diced)
Egg: 1 piece (flavored) - Filling amounts:
Apple: 6 grains (peeled and chopped cubes)
Sugar: one-third cup
Lemonade: 2 tbsp
Butter: 50 g
Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon (grated)
Egg: 1 piece (flavored)
How to prepare
Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl, add the butter and rub with the fingertips until the mixture becomes like plates.
