Ingredients
- Flour: two and a half cups
- Baking powder: a teaspoon and a half
- Baking soda: half a teaspoon
- Salt: half a teaspoon
- Cocoa powder: three quarters cup
- Sugar: cup and three-quarters cup
- butter: 100 grams (soft)
- Vegetable oil: one-third cup
- Vanilla: 2 tsp
- Milk: a cup
- Water: half a cup
- Eggs: 4 beads
How to prepare
Heat the oven over 350 degrees.
Prepare cake cake and butter cake with flour.
Mix flour with powdered cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix until air comes out.
Add the butter and saute the mixture at low speed for 1 minute.
Add the oil and cook.
Mix the flannel with milk and water and add to the mixture for flour, butter, oil and squash for 30 seconds.
Add the eggs one by one and beat at medium speed until the ingredients are homogenized.
Mix the mixture in a prepared cake tray and cook for 30 minutes or until the cake is cooked.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes and place it in the serving dish.
You can fill the cake with cream and fruits and decorate with chocolate sauce as desired.
