It's all about the nutrition when it comes to revealing those abs! Heavy lifts with a high protein low carb diet will do wonders for you. I'll do another post in the near future that discusses the benefits to high/low carb cycling depending on your workouts, and the easiest way to implement such a plan. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment!

And I agree. If you have a Ferrari, you don't put cheap gas in it, you put Ferrari custom gas. So don't put shitty food in your Ferrari body.
I have some friends who eat every morning from fast food and after that they go to gym. Damn!
