A study has found that yoga exercises can play an effective role in preventing complex diseases such as heart disease. A group of Netherlands scientists recently conducted this research.
The Netherlands researcher found that the team reviewed 37 research studies. These studies, conducted by about 3,000 people, have shown that yoga exercises help to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. And the main reason for these two cardiovascular diseases.
It is also known in the study that exercises rather than doing any exercise, other than good and conventional exercises, such as walking and jogging, there is no such difference.
However, the health scientists could not be sure about how to add physical benefits to yoga exercises. Maurice Talbut, senior cardiac nurse of the British Heart Foundation, said that it is necessary to conduct a more detailed study to know about the benefits of yoga exercises.
It is worth mentioning that the special type of ancient exercise that helps increase physical and mental ability by focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing.
