Depression is a major killer in the world. I've had my own fair share of it, and am still struggling to come out of it. Depression is a mental health condition that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act/behave.

Signs of Depression

  1. Inability to sleep at night.

  2. Fatigue

  3. Headache

  4. Reduced sexual desire

  5. Inability to concentrate

  6. Frequent unnecessary mood swings

  7. Loss of interest even in your favourite activities.

  8. Most people tend to resolve to drinking and drugs.

How to Deal With Depression

  1. Always surround yourself with the people you love.

  2. Open up to your loved ones around and accept every support and care they show to you.

  3. Try and hang out with your friends and family, especially during holidays and weekend outings. Because people undergoing depression tend to be introverts.

  4. Exercise and go for psychotherapy.

  5. Take care of yourself, eat right, and get enough sleep. And in no distant time, you'll feel better.
