Daily detox and fasting is key.
For skin issues I also use hydrogen-peroxide and fresh aloe very leaf gel. Works wonders and with instant pain relief too. :)

Yes, strategy is needed to minimise exposure to toxins and accelerate detox as much as possible. fasting, sunshine and exercise definitely all have a role.. essentially living as natural humans, rather than domesticated pets ;)
