"At the end of the day, I have respect for anyone who wants to make a change for them selfs to start training and improving their body and health,
In my opinion, the gym / training / dieting lifestyle is by far the most fun and rewarding way to live your life."
-Zyzz
Many of us knows who is Zyzz is and what's his contribution on this world, and how he changed the lives of many, and today I feel like sharing his life and how he changed me.
To start with,Aziz Shavershian (Zyzz) was born on March 24, 1989 in Moscow Russia. who becomes a Bodybuilder, Model, Personal trainer and Internet Celebrity. Before becoming famous, Shavershian once called as a "skinny kid" or an "ectomorph" bodytype. But changed when he becomes a fully shredded bodybuilder after 4 years of training in gym and start a youtube channel called "Zyzz". He then received a lot of fans including me because of his teachings.
Unfortunately, Zyzz died on August 5, 2011 at the age of 22 because of Congenital Heart Disease.
What I've learn from Zyzz, is that if you dreams you gotta work hard on it. One of "Zyzz" best line is "We all gonna make it" it just makes me so motivated to continue my healthy lifestyle and achieve my body that I want, Zyzz also taught me on not to think what other people think of me and just do whatever I wanna do and is so new to me.
R.I.P brother, thank you for everything💐
You will Forever in our Hearts❤

Keeping Up With the Buzz – My Introduction to the Hive Community. This is @fionasfavourites from the @ocd (Original Content Decentralized) curation team. We noticed you shared your first post here on Hive - congratulations and welcome! It would also be awesome if you could do an introduction post, so our community can get to know you better. For an example of what an intro post is like, you can check out this one by my friend & curation team member -
Speaking of community, we have many different ones here on the blockchain, devoted to all kinds of interests. Here's a link so you can check them all out – Hive Communities.
Also, we noticed that it is possible that you have used either images or copy that are not your own. As content on the Hive platform is monetised, using other people’s ideas or images could be considered as an offense and which is also viewed in a serious light on the blockchain. Here is a useful collection of resources about how plagiarism and abuse is viewed and handled on Hive.
Also since you're new, you may run into an RC (Resource Credits) error when trying to comment/post because you don't yet have enough Hive in your account yet. For assistance with a temporary delegation to get you started, be sure to check out the Gift Giver site.
Also, as this the hive can be quite confusing, the newly launched Newbies Guide is a growing repository of useful – easy to understand – posts about how the Hive ecosystem works.
