Many of the ideas that are about weight loss are actually wrong. According to these ideas, if you try to lose weight then there is no possibility of getting the fruit, but in some cases it may lead to damage to your body.
Today, some such misconceptions have been discussed. If you really want to lose weight, then these things must be avoided.
Do not eat after 8pm:
There is no logic of this idea. Whether you are eating after 8pm, it is not at all important at all. It is important that you are going to sleep after 8. If you do not sleep at least 3 hours after eating at night, the calories you stored in your body will not be properly eroded.
Eating out at one meal:
To reduce fast weight, many people have stopped eating a meal. Usually this meal is excluded from morning meal. But this does not reduce weight at all. Because the food keeps calories / fat stored for future. So losing weight can not be an effective way to lose weight.
Weight loss is just a matter of willpower:
You can reduce a little weight if you want. But weight does not depend solely on your will. Studies have shown that due to some genetic factors, the body weight may be more.
All the fat is harmful:
This is another misconception. Not all types of fat are harmful to our body. Chicken with chicken meat, dairy products, chips, cakes etc., fat in the food is harmful to our body. But olive oil, avocados, sunflower etc. are beneficial for the body. Eggol reduces cholesterol and reduces chances of heart disease.
Weight not measured:
Many people suggest that it is better not to be measured regularly at weight loss. This idea is not quite right. Regular weight measurement does not have any logic, but weight measurement is not bad every day. This will allow you to understand whether your weight is decreasing at all. Moreover, it can serve as a kind of inspiration for weight loss.
Sometimes the fat is not for food, it can be for something genetic or health imbalances, so before starting any diet is recommended to visit the doctor. Sometimes it has turned out that they are thyroid problems or diabetes, so you have to rule it out first. After the approval of the doctor, accompanying the diet with an exercise plan would be ideal.
