Today's Activity = Thursday 22 November 2018.
Walking is a good way to exercise , you will not notice that you are burning some caloriea in your body.
Just like my photo above, I walk a 12,276 steps today and it was 7.11 kms. Before winter comes here in KSA me and my cousin are walking for 10kms in a park here. We usually finish it after 2hrs only walking.
Others are running, jogging and riding a bike but we want to take it by walking. Its a little more challenging coz you are very eager to finish a 10kms walking. I want to do this in philippines also coz its a tropical place. i will be sweaty in no time.
Just always take of our body, coz its our wealth.
Eat clean and live healthy.
