High blood sugar levels are a problem because they can represent high health problems.
Type 1 diabetes is classified to be an auto-immune disease in which our immune system attacks own organs of the body. Most of the diets will be high in fiber and carbohydrates, but, to be honest, every person should have a diet as such whether you have diabetes or not.
If a child is diagnosed with diabetes type 1 or type 2, it becomes the responsibility of parents to help the child out by taking and sharing their thoughts in their daily decisions. Your help will be crucial as it will determine how good they will take care of themselves when they grow up.
