I've used it and it's the best natural energizer, period.
You can buy maca powder and put 1 teaspoon of it on your regular tea and it will get the job done, you will feel more energetic the whole day.
That said, don't overdoit with more than 1 teaspoon or you can have mild tachycardia from the extra blood flow.

Yeah and extra blood flow everywhere XD it gets really distracting having semi hard ons all day :P

Good to know this! I just started adding maca to my smoothies.

Good idea, i suggest mixing it in salad dressings. It has a kinda sweet potato smell and taste and gets really thick in smoothies. It also doesnt taste that great lol But anything with some zest sourness or sweetness will hide the taste;) dont cook it tho
