Write your dreams down for a month.

Give at least one compliment everyday.

Take one photograph on your way to work everyday.

Speak with atleast one new person everyday.

Give up on booze for one month

Give up on fake News(news in general) for a month.

Swap playlist with your friends.

Breathe deeply for at least 5-10 minutes per day.

Take time out each day to observe your thoughts like a film without judgement.

Be 100% honest with yourself for 30 days.

Try napping in the afternoon for half an hour for a month.
