I have done yoga before and I wish I would do it everyday, it really does soooooooo many good things for you! I was a fan of bikram yoga, but that is VERY difficult!

My wife has been doing yoga once a day for a few months now, and I have noticed alot of positive changes in her. Confidence, happiness, she's looking even better then before!
