You might be a person who dislikes vegetables. I personally know a few people who don't enjoy vegetables but when it comes to juicing vegetables, they're totally for it. Juicing will provide energy, helps relieve stress, help you stay hydrated, helps with weight loss, helps absorb all the vitamins and minerals from the fruit and vegetables, and helps detox your body. I would recommend buying and using pesticide-free/organic vegetables and fruits. Although some vegetables and fruits aren't as bad as others but you should stay away from non-organic spinach, cucumbers, lettuce, and carrots.
Yesterday, I juiced carrots, apples, garlic, zucchini and oranges. I haven't been feeling well lately so the garlic was more for medicinal benefits to help boost my immune system. We are scrapping the bottom of the barrel at our house currently, I didn't have many vegetables or fruits to juice. I would have added some ginger, spinach and some celery but this is all I had for now. This juice is simple, quick, easy and tasty.
Carrot Garlic Juice
Ingredients:
- 8-10 Juicing Carrots
- 2 Apples
- 1 Zucchinni
- 1 Clove Of Garlic
- 1 Oranges
