@jmehta - Usually I consume about a large shot glass or 1.5 ounces every evening - sometimes before dinner, sometimes after - depending on what I am doing and where I am. It certainly will shrink your appetite so I would recommend before meals but honestly - it really doesn't make a HUGE difference when you consume it - as long as you do.. That's the magic of it. Once you start consuming it and your body's PH level returns its most responsive state - your body will just continue to burn off fat. I have some friends that stopped the diet and months later they still were slowly losing weight (2-3 lbs a month) and no other dieting or routine change.
