I think people eat fast because of anxiety. Anybody can spear 5 minutes more to chew their food properly. Our utensils don't really help. They look like tiny shovels rather than tools for eating.

I can eat all meals in 30 minutes with a slow pace.

Since i dont really have much fat to burn i ll try it for a week or two just as an experiment. And i hope i ll be able to keep it in "time".

The japanese are one of the most busiest people on the planet and still manage to keep it up with their schedule. I am sure you will manage
