I'll be honest... no one needs any of this. No one needs to go on stupid diets. Its all about eating sensibly. You don't need to stop eating the foods you love, just limit it. Calorie counting is a pointless exercise because it is only an estimate anyway. Drink more water, less alcohol. There's nothing wrong with a few binge drinks or a chocolate feast as long as you don't make a habit out of it. If you really want to lose weight, eat during an 8 hour period, say 9-5 and then thats it. Stop. Intermittent fasting without the diet crap. Some say they can't fast.. you can. It's called night time. And thats what breakfast is; " Break Fast". Theres nothing wrong with skipping breakfast.. in fact it can help. Working out on an empty stomach is also good.. because once you eat, the body will use the energy you consume immediately.
