good post - keeping the 'synapses' ticking well will help you with your recall of longterm and short term memory. Brain food like Omega 3/6 from fish and greenleaf veg are also helpful - so sit back listen to classical/ rock /music, have a green smoothie , whilst working out how to write that mind blowing article for steemit.... still working on this!!
