More than average people barely have enough time being still, which can help prevent for just a moment to breathe. Massage therapy can help facilitate deep relaxation to the point of going within. Breath decelerates, Time decelerates and relaxation occurs With your mind quieting down as well as your body relaxing, your spirit {soul} soars.
Peace of Mind
When the mind is at rest, we feel peaceful. even In our everyday life, the truth is that it’s difficult to remain undisturbed. There are so many things that can disturb the mind.
Silence
Noise is one of a stress factor. If you live in an urban area, it's sure you are constantly going to be bombarded with noise. We also add to the constant assault of sounds through listening to the radio stations or Cables, playing music.
Calmness can also be a healing factor. though it can be scary sometimes because we are used to housing our isolation or our lack of communication by filling our life with resonance {sounds}.
Methods of Exercises
How to do it:
Relaxation
You can do this exercise just before going to sleep. Lie down and cover yourself to stay warm
try to begin at your feet, placing your observation there and saying to yourself, “Oh My feet are warm and heavy.” Move slowly up your body, and try to visualize that each part is warm and heavy.Internal Silence
Just try to Spend at least 10 minutes each day by doing nothing. Just observe sounds, smells, sights, e.t.c. Let go of planning thoughts or other distractions. This is a way to cultivate Internal silence.Outer Silence
Try to remove any background music.
Only play music if you can listen to giving it full consciousness Just try silence for one day and see what it will feel like.
