Today, my wife treated me to this amazing dish.
Grilled sockeye salmon on a bed of romaine lettuce and asparagus and Swiss Chard fried in coconut oil, topped with ginger miso salad dressing and cannabis leaves.
All I can say is that if you are not eating cannabis leaves in your salads, you are really missing out. They are extraordinarily delicious and packed with vital nutrients.

The cannabis leaves in this salad are from the male plants that we have grown. Male cannabis plants do not produce the resinous buds that are smoked in order to get high, however, there are small amounts of cannabinoids in the male plants - not enough to have strong psychoactive effects, but enough to reduce inflammation and provide other health benefits. The primary cannabinoids in the male plants are CBD and THC-A. THC-A is not really psychoactive, but can be in large amounts.
I highly recommend eating the leaves. The flavor is mildly aromatic and really adds a whole dimension to the flavor profile of the salad. I would recommend against using a lot of dressing. The ginger and miso paired well. Olive oil or a vinaigrette would have also worked well so as not to overpower the cannabis taste. .
