For example, scientists have found what are called Blue Zones. Those are areas of the planet where people live to be 100 years old or older. They found about 5 concentrated areas. When they examined the people there and how they live and eat, they found several commonalities. First, they had diets that were mostly plant-based. This is really important. Second, they ate little meat. There are several other factors.
