The most important factor for health, that most people forget about!

According to wikipedia health is "the level of functional and metabolic efficiency of a living organism". But i think, that health is more than just the physical health you always hear about these days. If you ask a personal fitness trainer about health he will probably tell you about how important it is to exercise. If you ask a food expert he will tell you all about nutrients and vitamins. And both of them are right concerning the importance of these things for your health. But they miss a very important factor, you should always have in mind. What I mean is your psyche!

Many people underestimate their mental health, because they think, that mental health is the opposite of mental illness. Unfortunally this is not completely correct. Just because you are not depressed or something similar it does not mean you have no (mental) problems. The dangerous thing about your mind is, that many unsolved conflicts are subconcious and that they are not that obvious. Most of the time you dont want to admit these problems...not even to your self! But admitting you have unsolved conflicts (and a lot of people have them) is the first step to get better.
So if you really want to become healthy you should start working on yourself not only in a physical way, but also in a psycological way!
