Fruits, a vital food that must be included in our daily balance diets. Why the need of fruit consumption, it provides our vitamins and minerals for the body.
Eating fruits provide the body a range of benefits to the body, you agree that the main of taking that apple juice is because of the freshness it beckons on you and you looked revived after drinking.

We have many fruits;
• Some are really sweet like pinneaple, apple, banana, mango strawberry
You agree with me tomatoes are also sweet, though they are technical fruits.
• Some are sour, like lemon and lime

So we will try look into the health benefit of some common fruits in our ambient, and why you need to bite them off when you see them.

• Reducing risk of having hypertension, heart diseases and diabetes
• Prevents dementia
• Lower the levels of low density lipoproteins 'LDL' and bad cholesterols
• Vitamins found in apple include; Vitamin A, Vitamin C and vitamin B complex
• Minerals include; potassiun and calcium

• Strong bone and teeth development, reason why that your young boy needs it
