It’s completely usual that after a long day we end up full of stress and perhaps, anxious; bus as this can happen we can appropriately deal with that. generally we can find lots of advices for that, like taking along fresh shower, doing breathing exercises or just stop doing more than one thing at the same time and distract our minds with other activities we actually like.
Dancing, painting, writing, cooking or any other activity we really like; we don’t have to do anything specific like “I’ll write an article about relaxing!” cause it could just be the total opposite and gives us more stress; it’s all about letting go everything that bothers us for a while to feel at ease about all those thing that overwhelms us and bothers us. This way we can retake our activities with a better attitude.
One of the most important things is not forcing anything, so, if we are stress and want t distract ourselves but don’t have the energy and disposition to, the best we can do is do nothing at all. Go for something easier like the long bath, a lightly meal, perhaps listen to some relaxing music we like; otherwise things will just be worst.
Sometimes the best we can do is leave all apart, take a walk, read a book or articles about things we like, and once we have cleared our minds, take a nap and keep on mind that there is time for everything, after all, all we do reluctantly ends up wrong and we have to them again.
Regards and a big hug!
