Day 1 to day 32 shows a quick rebound. That's crazy! It's nice to have the motivation of steemit to stay on track. I have found there are things I'm doing that I ordinarily might be too lazy to do otherwise. I love this platform for that.
I'm not into reps, but I do steps on my fitbit. I guess that counts for something? :0)

Steps would count. They are good exercise. Figure out how many reps would be allotted per minute and start posting the number. Good luck.
