RE: No More Food Enzymes Means No More Life

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Your Gut flora produce about 1000 times more enzymes than what is found in the most enzyme rich food you can find. The gut flora also produces many enzymes that can’t be found in any type of food.

And this is the reason you should build a good healthy gut flora. The most important factor is fiber. Fiber acts both as food and home for the microbiota.

So in order to get more enzymes you need a healthy gut flora, or eat thousand times more healthy food. (Yes, it is impossible.) So in order to get a healthy gut flora you need to consume lots of fiber each and every day. It is the only way to get enough enzymes produced.
