Great informative post.
Western medicine has trouble measuring energy and hence is quick to discount energy blocks as a factor in dis-ease.
I believe stress is the number 1 energy blocker. When we start to choose how we react to situations, hopefully not reacting negatively, we can limit the stress on our body and prevent energy blocks in the emotional and physical body.
