By the practice of Westotatans, the digestive system of the body is strengthened and gets relief from stomach disorders. Apart from this, blood circulation in the body is properly done. Sit down for widowhood and spread legs straight. Now lift both hands up and pulling the breath in. Try to hold the soles of the feet and try to touch the forehead with knees. Uttanasana
Uttanasan reduces the waist and stomach fat while strengthening the digestive system. Apart from this, routine practice of Uttanasana also benefits back and waist pain, and gets relief from mental stress. Your stomach should be empty before doing this asana. If you are not able to touch the soles then you will start touching slowly after several days of trying. But do not turn knees for it.
Pavan muktaan
Pavan Muktasan keeps the body's digestive process. There is no better treatment than this yoga in gas problem. Apart from this, the practice of yoga can also benefit from diseases like headache and arthritis. First, lie down to do Pavan Muktasan directly. Now try to touch the right foot and touch your chest with knees. Then, with the help of both hands, move the right foot towards you and try to touch the nose by lifting your head. Now do this process with the left foot. Pavan Muktasan practice at least 10 times daily.
Universalization
Superconscious keeps our liver and kidneys in place along with our digestive tract. To do this, lay the yoga mats or mat on the ground and lie down on the back and keep your both hands in the body. Now lift both legs slowly upwards. After this, you will lift the lower part of the neck and make almost every side of the body, along with that you will try to touch your chest with your chin. Stay in this situation for a while and then come back to the normal state. This action can be done 5 to 10 times daily. If you initially have trouble staying in this seat then you can do it with the help of the wall.
Boating
Boating also removes liver and heart defects along with our digestive tract. By the practice of boating, there is also relief in hernia's problem. To do this, lie on the back of the yoga mats or mat on a flat ground. Now lift your arms, legs and head upwards while pulling the breath in. Stay in this condition for a while, and then leaving the breath, return to the earlier state. When doing this asana, the size of the person becomes like a boat, hence it is called a vessel.
