As time passes to close the spring season you may be full of energy and positive mood. But apart from that some people suffer from the spring season. If you are struggling with pollen allergy at these times, then you may be one of those.

As you know pollen takes part in the reproduction of plants. Contrary to the general belief, they circulate in the air for a very long time, beyond the spring period. The reason is that pollen of various plants spread in different periods. You can expect pollination between February and October.
Methods to Soothe Pollen Allergy
Below are some remedies that can be applied. Since every symptom is very personal, the items listed don't provide an exact solution but at least they will help to pass a relatively comfortable season.
- Taking a warm shower every day to remove any residue of pollen that may have accumulated in our hair and skin during the times spent outside.
- Especially not to go outside during the morning hours when pollination is intense.
- Again, for the same reason, paying attention to the hours we ventilate our home.
- If possible, go to the seashore where there is relatively less vegetation.
- If not possible to stop fully, at least reducing tobacco and alcohol use during these periods.
- Replace the pollen filters of vehicles.
- Cleaning the filters of air conditioners.
- Cleaning the surfaces regularly at home or office.
- And most importantly, get medical help for allergen testing and necessary treatment.
- Take necessary precautions before having the symptoms of allergy.
After all, keep in mind that there will always be occasions where you can not avoid the nature or your biology. You can lose your joy, be unhappy, and get distracted. Also, you can become socially isolated and your self-confidence may decrease as well. But please remember that this situation is temporary, after a couple of months everything will be as it is before.
