1. Drink more & more water
Yes guys drinking more water can also help you to loose weight more faster as water is essential for us so we should always drink sufficient water. An average women needs to drink about 11.5 glasses of water per day and an average man needs 12 glasses a day. But you should not cross the limit because it could also cause harm to our body.
2. Walk every time !
For a 130-pound person, walking briskly at a pace of 3.5 mph or walking slowly uphill burns 80 to 90 calories per half-hour or 160 to 180 calories per hour. For a 200-pound person, a 3.5 mph pace burns about 120 calories per half-hour or 240 calories per hour and the best part is that you will burn calories without exercising more hard.
3. Eat your food slowly
Eating food slowly will also help in your weight loss. As it is very important to eat food slowly but also has many advantages such as it will digest your food faster , make you think and feel full and also detox your body faster
Eat foods that need chewing: Include fibrous foods that require a lot of chewing, such as vegetables, fruits and nuts. Fiber can also promote weight loss & be careful about what you eat it should not be junk as magic is nothing you have to be patient and eat healthy.
4. Have at least a cup of green tea
Drinking green tea every day is a very good habbit and will also promote in very quick weight loss beause of its fat burning property. If you drink a cup of green tea every day you boost your metabolism rate and also detox your body. Just what you have to do is take some hot water dip a tea bag & drink That's it ! Then see how fast your fat looses.
5. Being alert !
Yes guys the most common mistake that everyone do is they do not count the calories what they eat. While doing dieting and another exercises for weight loss you should always make chart for the food you eat and for how much calories you need and how much you eat. So do not forget to do this much and see how fast your fat burns and you loose your weight.
