Trust me exercise is way too overrated ( for weight loss that is )
Just focus on the diet , and since you're doing a vegan you are set for success because there's not that much change that you exceed your daily calories need since vegan diets will make you feel full pretty easily
just give it some time and results will show, good luck !
I consider exercise absolutely essential to being in good shape. My goal is not just to lose weight but also improve my cardio, stamina, and strength. Good ooints though. Diet is key.
