The best part about your post is the feeling that its ok to take one step at a time and we don't have to do it all at once ! Phew ! most articles on healthy eating first try to scare the hell out and then insist we start following the routines the same day ! it never works that way ....

I completely agree! Each person should go at their own pace and not force themselves to completely turn their lives around. Baby steps:) and look at it in a positive way 😊 thank you for commenting!
