The latest research papers published in the latest issue of "The Lancet" stated that the number of people suffering from the low back pain has reached around 540 million worldwide, and due to the inappropriate treatment, the number of people suffering from this condition continues to increase.
These research articles have shown that from the 1990s till 2017, the number of patients with low back pain increased to 50 percent, while in many countries, many people become disabe and the numbers are significantly increasing.
Even it is worrying that most people do not take serious the lower back pain and do not even pay attention to its diagnosis and treatment, and it keeps growing.
In research papers, it was revealed that to prevent the lower back pain, people use the medicines that affects very little, and people become addicted to these medicines.
These research papers have been suggested that proper diagnosis, with proper medication and physical exercise, can reduce the lower back pain. Often people get conscious when the lower back pain increases and people become disable.
Although the lower back pain may occur in any age, it is seen more often in the age-old working professionals. Unfortunately, here the office administration understands the pain of minority as a minor thing and does not provide adequate facilities to the affected people due to which this pain continues to grow.

I suffered a pretty bad back low back injury a few years back and it took a lot of core strengthening to get back to 100%. I am not a doctor but if anyone out there has low back pain and would like to know a few exercises that fixed my low back, leave a comment and I would love to share!
