Kale chaval khane se ham kai bimare yo se bach sakte hai or kale cahwal khane se hamara sarir mona nahe hota. Sarir mai takat lane ke leye bhi kale chaval bahut he fayde mand hai or kale chawal khane se kancer jese bimare bhi nahe hote. Kale chawal khane se radhay ke koi bimare nahe hote.
