We always believe that health is the absence of disease or not be sick, but according to the World Health Organization , is "the state of complete physical , mental and social well -being , so it is not only the absence of disease or infirmity " .
This shows that being healthy is more than not being sick and that our health and well-being is directly related to our lifestyle, exercise training , stress, sleep, food , social, personality, relationships , thoughts, as we live , how we work and what we do .
