Skip smoothies oversubscribed at your native smoothie bar or fast-food joint, as they are typically jam-choked with heaps of sugar. Instead, toss these ingredients within the mixer for a healthy meal on the go: one scoop of your favorite supermolecule powder; one tiny few walnuts; one cup of spinach or kale; one to one 1/2 cups of blueberries, strawberries, peaches, or bananas; some ice cubes; and a pair of cups of water. mix till the ice is totally crushed.
