RE: Sneaky Marketing - How To Choose The REAL Healthy Foods

in #health7 years ago

in fact eating healthy in my country is an option of great effort! since we present the worst economic history in history, we don't have enough food in the supermarkets and the little we get comes at unsustainable prices for everyone, so I go to the fruits and vegetables that nobody promotes, even so it is important to know that not everything natural is healthy, what can you tell me about bananas? Does that become a healthy option? Since in my country it is economic, I would like to know if it is advisable to consume it, thank you for your kind comment.

Oh man, that must make things extra difficult, I'm sorry that's happening for you! I think the most important thing to know about bananas is that they are a concentrated source of carbohydrates, like most fruit, so eating a lot of them might give you more of a daily carb intake than you need, depending on your body and lifestyle. They do contain a good amount of potassium and other vitamins which is great, so I would say that in moderation they're fine! :)
