Also a tip. Limit your coffee intake. Coffe can deplete your magnesium levels. I'm trying to fully quit drinking coffee. It's hard tho :P

You're absolutely right! I am a coffee lover too..I think the health benefits outweigh the potential mineral depletion as long as you're supplementing. I'd rather take extra than give up my java :)
