Actually by far the best way to lose weight is to go on a low carbohydrate/high fat diet and mini fast every day up to 16 hours to enable your body to switch over from using glycogen from the liver as an energy source to burning body fat.

So glad you brought up the Keto diet, or Low Carb High Fat(LCHF). I have been on the keto diet and Intermittent Fasting for over a year now. I have had amazing results! I am even an endurance athlete and have taught my body how to utilize fat as my primary source of fuel during exercise! I would agree with other curators that there is quite a bit of vague information in this article that needs to be explained much better.
