I have been wanting to try this. I have really bad anxiety ever since a car accident I was in a few years ago. I have been practicing Yoga and it has helped.

Deff go for it! Essential oils are so good, certain ones are even good for physical pain too! That's great that you're doing yoga it's is amazing! I really want to get back into that!
Thanks, I will do that. For pain, I am also getting acupuncture 3 times per week and the Yoga I am doing is specifically for my injury so it's more like medical Yoga. I hope you go back to Yoga too!
