1 cup tofu pieces
1 medium sized tomatoes
1 medium sized onion
1 spring onion
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon ginger (worn)
5 to 10 leaves leaf
1/2 Tablespoon Garam Masala
Oil - as required
Coriander (chopped) - to garnish

First, take a little oil in a pan and heat it, and fry them apart until tofu is brown. Now take a little more oil in this pan and put cumin seeds, sticks and grated ginger and mix. Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and turmeric and cook until it becomes completely soft. After that add chilli powder and coriander powder. Then add chopped onions, capsicum and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame. Cover the pan, so that capsicum is cooked properly. Then add tofu, chilli powder and garam masala properly and again cover the pan for a few minutes. Your tofu masala is ready, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with ferro or rice.
