Some of us must refill plastic bottles with water. The reason is because the shape is still good and clean. Whereas the habit of recharging water on these plastic bottles can give a bad effect for our health. Though bottled plastic drinking water was only made for one use only.
Although we've washed it with soap, refilling the plastic bottle with water can still have an effect on health. This impact will not be felt immediately because the health effects of this habit is long term. Recharging this plastic bottle will make the chemical particles that make up the bottle can be released and eventually mixed with the water we will consume.
You have a great point but I completely disagree and here's why, after rinsing out my plastic drinking bottle I refill it with cold filtered water. I keep the newly filled water bottle in the refrigerator until I'm ready to drink it, and it normally taste better then the water that originally came from the water bottle. The plastics use these days are BPA free and don't release the same amount of chemicals to use to when I get hot. @brianrobertson I googled "are water bottles safe to reuse" and could not find anything that was backed up with scientific evidence. If you do have evidence please reply with your Google search and a website where you found your information from thanks Brian in Denver Colorado
Do you have any studies to back up your words?
I think bacteria are the main problem...
