How to treat diseases by consuming fruits and vegetables ~Therapy through Nature

Wish you a Happy and Healthy Monday, everybody!! 

Today I wanna write about how consuming fruits and veggies can actually treat some deficienties and diseases. 

Throughout the year, fruits and vegetables are consumed as raw food or as juices, as they naturally and effectively combat diseases, balance our internal organs and are valuable allies for preserving or restoring our health.

You know that every plant has some active ingredient or component that is good for something. For example, citrus fruits or strawberries contain Vitamin C, that make them an excellent source of immune-boosting.

The fruits and vegetables that I'm writting about contain those active components that helps your body to manage these diseases. The list is way to long to write why this plants are good for that deficieny and what ingredients contains, but you can make more research if you find this article useful for you:) 

Only by simply consuming these fruits/veggies , they gradually improve and even treat some ilnesses:

  • Decrease in uric acid is due to the beneficial action of onions and grapes
  • Excessive albumin is promptly eliminated by green beans
  • Anemia disappears due to apricots, cress, apples, carrots, plums, beets, spinach, grapes and cherries
  • Circulatory disorders and arteriosclerosis are eliminated with lemons, parsley, leeks, tomatoes and garlic
  • In cases of arthritis and rheumatism use strawberries, onions, currants, green beans, lemons, apples, pears, leeks, tomatoes, grapes, celery and raspberries
  • Asthma is relieved by pomegranate

  • In cases of biliary and urinary calculus : apple juice, papaya, pear, leek, tomatoes and grapes
  • Cellulite- are indicated lemons
  • In case of hair loss, it is indicated that the cress (raw or juice)
  • Excess cholesterol is balanced by artichokes, dandelions, dill, peaches
  • Against spasms, nervous excitement and insomnia, lettuce, mandarin and pear are indicated
  • The weakened heart is strengthened with onions, quinces, pomegranates and grapes
  • In case of constipation cherries, apples, leeks, plums (fresh or dried), grapes or olive oil are recommended

  • In cases of decalcification and demineralization, strawberries, cherries, apples, almonds, carrots, turnips, leeks, beets, spinach, grapes and cabbage are recommended
  • Diabetes is treated with hazelnuts, artichokes, onions, olives, almonds, nuts, beets, olive oil
  • Diarrhea remedy with cranberries, apricots, currants, lemons, carrots, pomegranates
  • In case of warts and corns is indicated garlic (juice or crushed), applied externally
  • Edema is removed with onions, cherries, cress, pumpkin, dill, apples, pears, peaches, eggplants
  • Stomach ulcer and stomach hyperacidity are improved with pineapple, lemon, apple, carrot, tomato, grape, roasted cabbage, potato juice

  • For liver failure, liver overload and gall bladder, are indicated: artichoke, chicory, grapefruit, olives, carrots, papadia, radishes, asparagus, celery and olive oil
  • In case of glandular insufficiency or imbalance, it is of great use the strawberries, cherries, pears, apiculture pollen, celery and garlic
  • In case of neck pain we recommend seaweed, thyme, currants, blackberries and garlic
  • Hemorrhoids heal with pumpkins, grapes, sprouts (consumed raw and made locally)
  • In the case of hypertension: currants, pears, garlic and parsley
  • Herpes: apples

  • Fermentations and intestinal infections are fighting with  blueberries, lemons, apples, tomatoes, tarragon, garlic
  • Menopause related disorders are prevented with blueberries
  • In cases of depression and nervous fatigue, onions, dates, peas, almonds, turnips, oranges, leeks, plums (and other dried fruits), beets, asparagus are indicated
  • In case of obesity, leeks are recommended
  • If the pancreas is weakened, aubergines are recommended
  • Skin diseases are remedied with artichokes, cucumbers, sprouts, lemons, radishes, asparagus

  • On renal deficiency, use chicory, pumpkins, sprouts, apples, papadia, celery
  • Wrinkles and premature aging are contracted by carrots
  • In the case of urea in excess are effective blueberries, artichokes, tomatoes, grapes
  • Blood vessels are hardened by hot pepper or pepper, buckwheat, oranges
  • In cases of airway and lung defects, the crees, turnips, radishes, garlic are indicated
  • For prostatitis and urinary disorders are effective blueberries, onion, cress, nuts, radishes
  • In precancerous or cancerous condition, onions, apples, fodder, parsley, grapes, red beet and garlic are recommended

 All this informations I learned from Dr.  Daniel Menrath' book ,a naturopathic specialist in oncology.  

Take this information as a guide to your health problems or if you know someone that fights with one of these ilnesses, show it to her/him! Maybe it will help! 

We, as human being, are very complicated! We incline to make everything much harder than the real situation is! For example, instead of eating healthy and do some physical exercises to keepus in shape and have a good health, we choose to look after some unknown and complicated unnatural ways for taking care of our bodies!  

Did you know that 35% of deaths are due to an unhealthy diet and lack of physical effort? 

And the fruits & vegetables are the perfect perfect perfect foods for us! No wonder that they are so many! They are especially created for us, to be our food! Think about it.

We tend to forget that we have our own chemical-free medicines in nature. :) But more and more farmers use pesticides and growth liquids which poison our food.. :(

Yup! Real food with no pesticides are medicine for our body! When we choose to use vegetables and fruits as medicine, the process of healing it's much longer, but it's better this way, don't you agree?:)

Yeah,totally! Drugs are only fast and have short time action. In order to strengthen our bodies we need to have a healthy diet and an active lifestyle. That's the key to god-like vitality and longevity. ;)

Yep! We're talking about the perfect goal to reach for our health!

Also, healthy eating or healing with the active components that exist in veggies, foods, powders, plants etc remove the cause! but drugs only 'repair' = 'hide' the symptoms 90% of them!!
