Many Folks around the world suffer from LOW ENERGY Levels. It seems for many there is just no fuel in the tank even after a good night's sleep. A lot of people turn to Coffee, Energy Drinks, and various OTC Medications in hope in finding something to get them thru the day.

I've never taken vitamin supplements nor have a focused on eating something to just absorb vitamins.
