Health and Fitness. What does it mean?
To some it means looking sexy standing naked in the mirror, and to others it means a better quality of life and of course theres everything in between. You'll feel better, have more energy, feel more confident, have less stress, sleep better, change your hormones, build lean muscle mass, become more insulin sensitive, the list goes on and on.
I wanted to mentioned some of these things before sharing the Ramp Training method. This method is merely a vehicle to help you become strong, lean, flexible and take your physique to an entirely new level.
Building a strong vessel is simply one part of the puzzle. If you don't have the "Spirit", "Mind" part to go with the "Body", then the sexiest abs on the planet will do you no good.
As you become stronger, leaner and healthier, employ this same work ethic, these same principles to developing you mind and Spirit also.
This is the methodology and the power of the Ramp Training System. It is a whole system that branches into the Art of Complete Self Mastery. Bridging the gap from a soul-less physical form that merely looks good, into a physique that is sharp and honed, while meditation, mindset, breathing practices, energy work are the other branches of discipline that mould the practitioner whole. That enable an honoring of Spirit to accompany the physical world disciplines.
Indeed, both are important. Without form, we cannot do what our Spirits came here to do, without Spirit, we remain unfulfilled.
As you endeavor toward the physique of your dreams, do so with your eyes wide open. Do so with a conscious awareness that the same effort you put into training your body, must be implemented on all facets of your being-ness. As you do so, you will become whole, full and truly heal-thy.
Yes! Physical training is extremely important - You should begin now if you haven't - and it is 1 Component of Health!
