Yes you need to have about 500 Steempower to manually adjust the power of your votes I believe. By all accounts we have about 10-11 upvotes per day after which we deplete much of our voting power. I go to SteemD.com/@username (replace username with your own) and scroll down the left hand side of the page. Where it says voting power, you have a %. Try to keep it around 80 per day. That gives you time to recharge overnight and by the next day you're back up to 100 %.
