Truth!
Sitting is a new smoking apparently. And as Dr. Mercolla says, you can not undo the amount of time you sit. However, people are forced to sit during their work , children are forced to sit in schools almost all the time, people sit in churches, cinemas, everywhere. So, what can we do? Maybe we need a right to stand behind the table, in schools, to stand behind the computer, in cinemas etc. On such a way we can even make few steps every hour. Every step count.
