Every human on earth has body odor at one time or another, but there are many who daily have more than what is considered "acceptable" even though they bathe every day. This odor problem can include stinky feet and chronic bad breath. This can affect their relationships with people in their workplace, in their families, and in social situations. And it is embarrassing, just plain embarrassing.
So they try to find out what they can do to make themselves more socially acceptable. Many articles about body odor state that bacteria is the cause of the problem, so people go about getting rid of the bacteria on their bodies. They may shave their armpits, shower once or even twice a day, use antibacterial soap, use industrial strength deodorants or antiperspirants, and avoid eating hot peppers and other spices which tend to cause them to sweat more.
But what if they do all these things and still have offensive body odor? If this is the case, then maybe it isn't just a bacterial problem. The problem may be that over the years too many toxins have built up in their bodies. We get these toxins from the air we breathe, the pesticide-laden foods we eat, and chemicals in the water we drink. If our bodies cannot naturally (for some reason) flush these toxins out of our systems, then the toxins can build up and try to escape through our pores and all other bodily openings, and the result can be body odor.
One of the main areas where toxins can build up is in the colon. Just think of the drainpipe in your kitchen or bathroom sink. Even though waste water is still flowing through it, dirty debris has collected on the inside walls of the pipe and develops a foul odor. The older the pipe gets, the more the debris builds up.
It is my understanding that it can be the same for humans, and that this toxic waste can build up even more in people who have had frequent constipation problems. This toxic accumulation in the colon can affect every cell in our bodies. I'm sure you've heart the phrase "disease starts in the colon". So, often the cause of offensive body odor, stinky feet, and bad breath (and possibly adult acne) can be a toxic, smelly colon. This stench from the colon can back up into the body and be released through our pores, sweat glands, and mouths. The result is that you notice that people are acting odd around you and are backing away from you.
So, maybe it's time to rid yourself of these toxins by doing an internal cleansing. You cleanse the outside of your body but the cause of your problem may be inside. Colon cleansings can be done in two ways, doing colonic irrigations or using herbal colon cleansing supplements.
Colonic irrigations use tubes to inject water into the colon ( by way of the rectum) using special equipment. Several gallons of water are used during the process (but only a certain amount is injected at a time and then this is allowed to flow back out before injecting more). This is done over and over until the water runs clear and the colon is completely cleaned out. Of course, this should be done only by a qualified technician.
A colon cleansing done by taking herbal colon cleansing supplements should be done with only quality supplements. These can be found at health stores which carry high quality herbs and vitamins. Some colon cleansings come in cleansing "kits". The owners of these stores should be able to advise you about the different brands and types of cleansing they offer.
You should do an herbal colon cleanse only when you will have at least ten days to be able to go to the bathroom as frequently as you need to. The cleansings should cause you to "go" more often. For this reason, it is good to drink a lot of water during a cleanse because you will be passing more fluids than usual. You don't want to become dehydrated. Also, you may feel slightly sick during the first couple of days of the cleansing until you start passing the toxins that are being pulled from your body. But, if you have a history of such severe constipation that it's hard to find something to take that makes you have a bowel movement, then you might not should do an herbal cleanse because you have to be able to pass the toxins or you could feel really, really sick.
There is much information on the internet about doing a colon cleanse and the pros and cons of it. If you feel that a cleansing might help you, please do research about it first. Some people may have medical conditions such as heart problems which they should consider before doing a cleanse. Just do your research and talk to your doctor before you make a decision.
I wish you a good and happy cleansing so you can feel confident again.
Tea tree oil kills bacteria. If you put a drop of that oil in your armpits, your sweat will not smell bad for the whole day. It is also great for itching mosquito stings.
