For all of us we need to do some kind of exercise . Going to the Gym might be expensive. So I would like to share some exercises that you can do at Home
Push-ups
Record the maximum number of repetitions you can do maintaining correct form.
Sit-ups
Record the maximum number of repetitions you can do maintaining correct form.
Now you know how much you can do. Every second day do the same amount for a month . now you need to improve you health . Al you have to do is increase 1 more Push-up and on more sit-up each week .
