So today was 94 reps!!!! But I did 10 minutes on the stairs going 30 flights. Can we count It for 100? Today was short because I tried out a new gym by my work.

For this to count, you'll have to appease the workout Gods. They request a sacrifice of at least 3 eggs in the morning for some light protein.
Every morning!! 2 eggs and 1 egg white with oats! The workout God's should be very happy with me. Then chicken and steak throughout the day!

Hey @steemmatt what was the status for stairs, do we treat that the same as walking or running. I think stairs are much tougher than running, have done them many times.
